Why this blog?

I've spent the last 5+ years building data pipelines, training ML models, and diving into HR analytics. Along the way, I've learned a lot — from the technical (how to architect a production-grade ETL pipeline on Databricks) to the practical (how to translate business needs into data solutions).

Bienvenue dans mon nouveau coin Internet !

Je m'appelle Mohamed-Amine, Data Engineer basé à Paris, travaillant actuellement chez AXA Partners.

Pourquoi ce blog ?

J'ai passé plus de 5 ans à créer des pipelines de données, à former des modèles de ML et à me plonger dans l'analyse RH. En cours de route, j'ai beaucoup appris, du plan technique (comment concevoir un pipeline ETL de production sur Databricks) au pratique (comment traduire les besoins de l'entreprise en solutions de données).

Ce blog est l'endroit où je partagerai :

  • Approfondissement technique de l'ingénierie des données, Databricks, PySpark et Azure
  • Informations analytiques RH : ce que j'ai appris en travaillant avec des données sur la main-d'œuvre à grande échelle
